Solvport Announces Upcoming Release of Solview 2.0(TM) ATM Management Application

Solvport, nationwide ATM and Kiosk services provider based in Portland, Oregon, today announced the upcoming release of the latest version of its customer facing, web-based ATM management application, Solview 2.0(TM). The application, which allows Solvport customers to manage service related events for their ATM portfolios, will offer added features and improved functionality that extend beyond standard service call management applications. Solview 2.0(TM), which is scheduled for release on November 1, 2009, will be previewed and demonstrated at the upcoming ATM, Debit and Prepaid Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada October 18 - 20.
Many of the features included in the Solview 2.0(TM) release were designed in partnership with Solview(TM) users. SolvAlerts(TM) allows customers to receive real-time notifications of changes to the service events for their ATMs, such as when a service technician arrives to an ATM location or completes an ATM repair. Samantha Guthrie, President of Cypress Advantage said, "The details we receive via Solview(TM) and the SolvAlert(TM) automatic e-mail system have allowed us to manage service calls more quickly and to have multiple parties notified at the same time. This has reduced downtime, increased customer service and saved internal staff time."
Recordings of incoming technical help desk phone calls will also be available in the latest release. A new projects module, designed by Solvport's team of PMI-certified project managers, will enable customers to track their medium-to-large ATM projects from start to finish and allow ISOs to give their customers access to the project information specific to their ATMs in real time.
