Quintessential Player is a CD player that looks as good as your music sounds. It has a high-color display and is loaded with features. It has full CD player controls which include eject, track backward, track forward, stop, pause, play, repeat track, repeat CD, shuffle, and a slider bar for fast forwarding and skipping.It provides CDDB support so it can automatically connect to Internet CDDB sites to download CD title and track information. You can also enter your own CD information (artist, album, category, track titles, plus other information such as lyrics, etc.). The program displays the artist, CD title, and track title when playing. It has proxy support for CDDB access from behind most firewalls.Quintessential CD is fully programmable so you can program all tracks right in the main display, drag and drop tracks to program track order, block out tracks from playing altogether, and save the play order for each CD.The CD Library lets you display a list of all your CDs, sorted by category or artist. You can export a category of data or your entire CD database.It provides CDPlayer.ini compatibility so you can import CD information from the Windows CD player. It can also export all or parts of the CD Library to CDPlayer.ini format.Quintessential CD can run in a full window or as bar with the player controls ("ShadeMode"), and can be minimized to the System Tray.
