Guitar Effects Processor Pro (GuitarFX) turns your computer into a real-time guitar effects processor. By applying various audio filters to the signal of your electric guitar (plugged into the microphone or line input of your sound card) the program can help you play more impressive blues and hard rock sounds. Effects include reverb, chorus, flanger, delay, compression, distortion, parametric equalization, and more. "Real-time"\; mode works like a standard hardware "stomp-box"\; guitar effects processor (but requires a Creative Labs SB16/AWE32/64 sound card). If you are brave, you can step on your mouse to switch effects. A second mode works with other sound cards, but with big in/out latency. The "File-to-File"\; mode processes WAV files.(for Windows)
