Active Dimensions 3 is a simple, intuitive, 3D CAD modeling and visualization application. The program has a large set of preset surfaces which include excluded regular polygons, flexible joints, platonic solids, 3D primitives, soft diamonds, and rounded cubes and cylinders.Special features include Boolean operations (difference, intersection, and union), basic inverse kinematics, variable-speed continuous rotation, interactive light positioning, polygon painting ability, and real-time manipulation of surfaces even in true phong shade mode.Active Dimensions also features a visual 3D positioning control and a dynamic transformation control, which allow greater control and advanced visualization of 3D positioning. You can save drawings in bitmap format, or Wavefront obj format, or export drawings in VRML 2.0 format.
