ActiveView provides you with a "single screen view&quot\; in Microsoft Outlook for managing your contacts, tasks and calendar events. In addition, you can create an information database of freeform notes related to your individual contacts. ActiveView provides a full-featured text editor to create and edit these freeform notes, and a search facility to help you easily locate the note you need. You can also print envelopes and letters, and select any freeform note and send it out as an e-mail. The freeform notes database can be placed anywhere on the network and can be accessed by multiple users.ActiveView makes it easy for you to create tasks and calendar events that are related to a selected contact.
