AdLab is a collection of different electronics related programs. AdLab features ten tools for designing matching networks, transmission lines, and transformers. It also calculates RX and TX systems\; and performs noise, decibel, transformer, and other calculations. AdLab contains a very powerful Smith chart program. With it you can design matching networks in a similar way to the conventional Smith diagram, but there are a number of extra features including: elements and parasitics\; transistors and S-parameter blocks\; the ability to easily modify, rearrange, load and save circuits\; the ability to export S-parameters and the total circuit\; the ability to perform frequency sweeps and Monte-Carlo analysis\; and the ability to display power gain or return loss versus frequency. AdLab also provides additional information such as stability factor, MAG, available gain, VSWR, transformation of mixed parallel, and series RLC combinations. All AdLab tools can also be integrated to the ELEKTA electrical engineering system.
