AfterCam is a thumbnail-based image and video browser which includes an image editor and a video player. The program features indexing and video image extraction capabilities, and can read and write the following image formats: BMP, EMF, GIF, JPG, PCX, PMP (Sony PEG), PNG, TGA, TIF, and WMF. It includes a variety of editing tools, such as rotation, cropping, resizing, sharpness, brightness, contrast, and greying. In addition, AfterCam lets you display your images in tree view, browser view, image view, and video view.
