Alexsys Team 98 is a team management system for workgroups that lets you track work assignments and balance workloads. The program can be used to track project tasks, action items, help desk calls, and product defects.The multi-user database lets you track work assignments for all team members and analyze the team's productivity. Every task that needs to be completed is represented as a Work Request, where all data is entered to describe a task. Most fields in the Work Request use pull-down lists to make data entry easy. The auto-fill-in fields and field requirement rules can be customized.With Alexsys Team 98 you can: track any type of work, manage projects using targets, collaborate with team members using attached notes to flag and discuss work requests, display important assignment lists on notebook tabs, and analyze and balance workloads using crosstabs, charts, and reports. Powerful sorting and filtering lets you generate any report you need. You can view, e-mail, or save the details of any Work Request or list of work requests using HTML, RTF, or text formats.
