AnyBook V: Publisher's Business Kit 11.5

Level V is the top-of-the-line of the AnyBook Professional Series. A full-featured business program for small publishers, it has all of the features of Level I, II, III and IV. Those features include the ability to generate invoices and billing statements, keep track of inventory, handle returns, produce sales reports, record customer payments, track consignment items, create customer mailing lists, calculate shipping weights, prepare bank deposit reports, process back orders. Invoices and statements can be printed or sent via email.

It can work side by side with e-commerce software. In particular, shopping cart data can be moved into the program. It includes telephony features, user defined fields, a flat file utility, currency conversation, versatile export and import functions, integrated emailing functions, and one of the easiest-to-use and most extensive royalty accounting systems in the industry.

The program comes with Real Time inventory processing providing up-to-the-second information on inventory. It will signal you when inventory reaches a critically low level. The program is fully barcode compatible and is able to read and print barcodes.

Level V will create specialized packing slips for multi-package orders. It can be integrated with UPS, USPS, FedEx and other shipping company websites and software. Other features include PDF support, ability to calculate sales commissions, track ad campaigns, and handle variable tax rates.

The networked version of the Level V program includes a separate program called the Rover Module. Rover can be used to generate sales from off-site locations. It can also be used to divide a business into separate divisions or maintain separate accounts.

Topping off an already impressive list are integrated credit card processing, proforma invoicing, and a comprehensive purchase order system.
