APT Scheduler helps you to manage reservations and schedules for any type of resource, such as a person or a room. APT Scheduler allows you to reserve conference rooms, classrooms, or any other type of room or resource where a block of time needs to be reserved for an individual or organization. You can even share people between groups. Objects are organized into groups. You can have as many groups as you want and can access more than one group at a time. Once resources have been defined, you need to define the people who can reserve them. Moreover, resources and people are only known in the group in which they were defined.
