Archive Power SB is a single-user, easy-to-use document management application designed specifically for small businesses. The program lets you create multiple file drawers in a single file cabinet as well as up to 25 user-defined index fields. It also allows the small business to benefit from the same productivity gains enjoyed by larger companies without the need for an in-house IS Department or Database Administrator. Using almost any TWAIN compliant scanner, you can organize all your paper documents along with your computer generated documents, create workflows, and store and retrieve documents on-line or off. You can also move your documents to a CD-R or any other storage media, and utilize the built-in search engine. Archive Power SB's features include: a complete set of image annotation tools\; multicolor highlighting\; sticky notes capability\; the ability to hyperlink to a URL or file on your hard disk\; drawing tools\; direct document e-mailing and faxing capabilities\; and more.
