C Styled Script Language (CSS) is a scripting language. It is used like an interpreter\; you write the program with your favorite editor and run it directly like any BAT, CMD, REXX or PERL script. CSS uses the C syntax and may seem familiar to C, C++ or Java programmers. It comes with libraries not only for system-, string-, regular expression and filehandling, but also for direct access to the major relational databases IBM DB2 and ORACLE. For C/C++ developers there are API's enabling you to embed CSS as a macro language to any application, or to write your own libraries.
