Lets you manipulate the system file cache in Windows NT. In addition to providing you the ability to control the minimum and maximum sizes of the system file cache, CacheSet also allows you to reset the Cache's working set, forcing it to grow as necessary from a minimal starting point. Changes made with CacheSet have an immediate effect on the size of the cache.
