Allows you to restrict access to your CD-ROM drive. The program gives you the ability to specify which CDs can and cannot be used in your computer's CD-ROM drive. You can choose to create a list of CDs that cannot be used, or a list of CDs that are allowed to run. CDROM Security monitors your CD-ROM drive and periodically checks to ensure that no outlawed CDs are inside. If any such CD is detected, it is instantly ejected, and an optional warning message is displayed to alert the offender that they tried to run an off-limits CD. In addition, you can password-protect any of your CDs. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
