Each target represent a physical addressable device with an IP interface.What the user can do with the target is defined by the services bound to the Target entry in the address book. All services attached to the Target entry defines how to gain access to the target and how to configure access. On the other hand all services attached to one target entry shares the space of one configuration - the configuration is kept by the target.
