CPUMon is a simple performance measurement tool for Windows NT. CPUMon is intended for those with a good familiarity of processor architecture. The information displayed includes the values of the two performance counters that were enabled, the number of seconds and cycles that have elapsed, and a variety of NT-related counters, such as context switches and page faults.
