Crypt Edit is a versatile multi-document word processor with enhanced cryptography features. Crypt Edit allows you to easily save texts in ASCII, DOC, HTML, PRT (Protected Text Format with three security levels), RTF, WRI, and UNICODE file formats. You can encrypt and decrypt binary files with compression, create desktop shortcuts for your documents, and insert OLE objects and images (BMP, EMF, GIF, JPG, and WMF). The program includes an advanced e-mail client with an address book, a spell checker, a built-in Clipboard viewer, various converters (lowercase, uppercase, ROT-13, OEM, and more), a character mapper, autoformatting, and more. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
