The Cyber Tender system is an accurate costing and project management system to determine what the cost will be, for example, to build a house on a tight budget. Costing takes into account cost of materials, labour and everything else required to deliver the completed product. The system has it's own stock control system with auto calc. facility. Delivers final tender or bill of quantity documents ready for submissions used mostly by big companies.

The word Tender is a general term used by big contractors to submit their "Quote". You sometimes hear that company ABC submitted the lowest Tender and therefore was approved to receive the contract. So, whether you are a small or a large contractor, electrical, civil, or simply a builder, and deliver "Quotes" or Tenders, then this program will help you to accurately determine your cost. The Bill of Quantities is simply technical jargon for the final costing list broken down into categories. For example total cost of material, total cost of labour, machinery etc.
