The program is oriented toward Euro racing with many mountain passes and challenging trips, but it can also be beneficial to any racer who wants to chart days, times, miles, and speeds in a cardiovascular training program. A speed calculator lets you enter gearing, wheel circumference, and pedal rate to determine speeds in either MPH or KPH.
