Exploring the Universe is an astronomy program for students in grades 6 to 12 that uses images from the Hubble Space Telescope, ground photos and other NASA probes to explain the universe. The program provides insight into four subject areas: solar system, stars, Milky Way, and the universe. In addition, students can learn about the planet order, planet distances, solar system travel times, star distances, star types, earth star magnitude charts and calculating a light year. The program can can be timed or self-paced.
