For most cases, the simplest way of obtaining permission is to have your customer fax you a check for each transaction. Or they can provide the information by phone or e-mail.Fast Checks also allows you to write checks from your own accounts. If your business uses more than one bank account, you can save time and money by not having to order or juggle different check stock.Fast Checks maintains a database that tracks your customers, vendors, payees, and your own bank accounts. It also tracks all the checks that you have written and recieved. You can view and print a variety of reports.The checks printed by Fast Checks can be read by bank scanners, and will be accepted just like any pre-printed check. Most banks now use optical (as opposed to magnetic) check scanners, and will accept checks that are not printed in magnetic ink. So, you can use Fast Checks with an inkjet or bubble jet printer. However, if you have a laser printer, it is recommended that you use MICR toner to ensure speedy processing of your checks.
