File Merge Express is a file comparison and merging utility. The program lets you compare the contents of two files, and optionally create a third file consisting of the merging of the two files being compared. This third file can optionally be opened in the built-in text (or binary) editor. You can view the contents of the two files side-by-side or one over the other, as well as synchronize their scrolling. File Merge Express can be set to ignore spaces and lettercase when comparing files, and includes command-line parameters which can be added to scripts. The program can also be launched from Windows Explorer by highlighting one or two files, right-clicking them, and selecting "Compare&quot\; from the context menu.
