Allows you to add pop-up descriptions to all your folders. It can be very handy to have different icons for different folders. Windows Explorer, however, does not allow it. Only a few folders, such as the "Start&quot\; menu and "Favorites&quot\; possess proprietary icons and descriptions. Folder Description enables you to add a folder description to all your folders. A description simply pops up when you hold your mouse pointer over any customized folder.
