FruityLoops is a sample sequencer and synthesizer designed to help you create drum loops and songs. The program's extended play list allows you to mix several patterns at the same time to create full songs, so beyond the simple drum machine, FruityLoops is an easy and fun to use tracker. It also incorporates a full baseline synthesizer engine, the TS404, and an integrated beatslicer editor. Linear interpolation, click removal, and other processes further enhance the quality of the program's 44Khz 32-bit floating-point stereo internal mixing. MIDI and Internal mixing (DirectSound ) are synchronized so you can use them simultaneously. FruityLoops has a built-in sample browser that lets you drag and drop any WAV file into any channel. It comes with a piano keyboard, and it can control external MIDI devices. It features an unlimited number of channels, each with individual panning, volume, pitch, resonance and cutoff controls. Patterns can have from 4 to 64 notes. The program provides several effects for samples (such as auto stretching, fading and reverb), and can use DirectX and VST plug-ins. The user interface has moveable toolbars and "skin&quot\; support. The program accepts DrumSynth (DS) drum scripts so you can easily load predefined drum kits. FruityLoops loads and saves ZIP archives of songs and samples, and supports mu-Law and ADPCM compressed samples. It can export loops to MIDI or MP3 file format, or render them to a 44Khz 16-bit (standard CD quality) WAV file.
