Helpdesk Database is designed to assist small to medium-sized organizations with the tracking of IT problems and requests. With Helpdesk Database information can be stored for: all computer related problems and requests\; computer hardware\; company personnel\; IT personnel\; and office locations. Reports can be produced for: all completed job requests\; all outstanding job requests\; a list of all computer hardware\; and blank computer job request forms. The reports of completed and outstanding jobs can be produced when required.
