Lets you edit and verify the entries in your HOSTS or LMHOSTS resolution file. The HOSTS or LMHOSTS file contains addresses of network resources. The Host Resolution Editor lets you easily configure the resolution file. The editor also has a built-in verification test which can double-check your file for incorrect server names, missed multi-homed computers, incorrect domain names, and other errors. For network administrators, the editor allows you to create and maintain a network distribution list that for distributing the HOSTS or LMHOSTS file to networked users.
