iCal4OL is a program for smart importing, exporting and subscribing (Remote Calendars) ICS files in Outlook. A 2-Way Synchronization with Google Calendar is integrated! Various options cover the needs of exchanging and synchronizing events in the iCalendar format with different applications&installations, eg. iCAL (Apple / mac.com), Sunbird or Websolutions such as Webcalendar, Google Calendar, iPhpCalendar. A simple Google Contacts Synchronisation (Import/Export) on the tab "Google" is now included! Can run in background. Very good support.
