IconBar is a desktop manager which allows you to set up various shortcuts along a vertical toolbar. IconBar includes the ability to set up reminders, drag-and-drop capability, a scientific calculator, and the ability to modify its background color. The program also runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. Please note that the installation dialog boxes are in French.
