IconTOY is a quick and easy to use icon extractor. This program extracts the icons from any file on your computer that may contain them, whether the file is a BMP, CPL, DLL, EXE, ICL, ICO, OCX, or SCR file.IconTOY searches entire hard drives, floppies, and CD ROMs and displays all the icons that it has found.
