InBless PandaShop is a screen capture utility. You can capture the full screen, a rectangular region, or the active window screen. It has a time delayed feature that waits a number of seconds before capturing, as well as a number on the taskbar that shows you the remaining time, which is useful to capture menus and splash screens. You can paste your screen to the clipboard, as a new picture, to the current picture or print it out. The picture can then be saved to disk or edited with some built in drawing tools, such as flip and rotate, resize and stretch, crop, ellipse, airbrush and more. Inworld PandaShop supports the loading and saving of bitmap (BMP) images.
