Integrated Blocks and Layers (IBL) is an AutoCAD extension designed to integrate layering and block functionality. The program's block utility is an efficient block selection and insertion tool. Its layer management utilities can group large numbers of layers, and can quickly "freeze&quot\; or "thaw&quot\; layers, both globally and in view ports. IBL helps you enter information correctly and consistently through its use of layer name modifiers to organize and save layer configurations. Modifier-management toolbars and integrated block and layering routines allow automatic block insertion at the correct layer of almost any layering configuration.
