KeyTech EventLogger Control provides simple but comprehensive access to the Windows NT event log. KeyTech EventLogger Control lets you write events, with optional insertion strings and binary data, to the application or system event log on a local or remote computer. You can also: read, clear, load and save event logs\; enumerate event log records\; receive events for log changes\; configure event sources in the Windows registry\; and retreive category and event descriptions, including parameter replacements, from the configured message files. KeyTech EventLogger Control is coded in C++ for speed and size. The control has no runtime library dependencies and may be used with Visual Basic, as well as VBScript and JScript. Windows 95/98 users may access the control running on a Windows NT computer using DCOM.
