Log keystrokes. LogKext is an entirely freeware keylogger for Mac OS X. LogKext is only in it's first version, and therefore has the following known problems. Log file is saved in a static location /Library/Preferences/com.fsb.kext.logKext Log file's size is not regulated in any way, and will therefore tend to get quite large Log file is saved entirely unencrypted, and all communication between the kernel and userland daemon is also unencrypted and interceptable by a malicious local daemon. Daemon location is static at /System/Library/Filesystems/logKextDaemon (unless you want to edit logKext's mach_init plist) There is no user interface for disabling the key logger except through using the kextunload utility as well as killing the daemon process. Every time logKextDaemon starts, mach_init sends a message to syslogd regarding an error \\Bad file descriptor\\ -- I'm exactly sure why as of yet.
