Randomly changes your Windows 95 Startup, Shutdown, and Wait screens, as well as your desktop wallpaper. For each type of screen (startup, shutdown, wait and wallpaper) you can select a list of files to use. Logo Randomizer then selects from these files every time you start Windows or after a certain number of days. It can cycle through the list of files either randomly or sequentially.
