MailAgent is a tool for Outlook users that is similar to the "Rules Wizard", but that gives you enhanced capabilities. MailAgent lets you define simple rules for moving items from your "Inbox Folder&quot\; to your desired Outlook folders. Unlike the Rules Wizard that comes with Microsoft Outlook, MailAgent can be run at any time, so it gives you a chance to read or process your mail while it is still in your Inbox. And unlike Rules Wizard, Mail Agent can organize your outgoing mail by processing items in your "Sent Items Folder".
