Mhash for Windows is a C-based, thread-safe hash library which provides a uniform interface to a large number of hash algorithms, including GOST, HAVAL, MD5, RIPEMD160, SHA-1, and TIGER. These algorithms can be used to compute checksums, message digests, and other signatures. Mhash also includes HMAC support, implementing message authentication basics following RFC 2104.
