Change key combination. In MacOS 9 (and previous 'classic' versions of MacOS) the key combination to create a new folder was 'Command N', however Apple changed this key combination to 'Command Shift N' and assigned 'Command N' to the action of creating a new finder window. I and others have never quite become used to this change, which is why I created 'N Commander'. It is a simple application which changes the key combination 'Command N' in Apple's Finder so that it will create new folders. This Change remains permanent unless reversed using N Commander.
