Nview, Nconvert and View2 consists of three command-line utilities which allow you to view 149 image formats and convert between 38 of them. Nview is a multi-format viewer, Nconvert is a multi-format converter, and View2 is a viewer with a text mode interface. The following is a partial list of the supported image formats: BMP, CDR, CUR, EPS, GIF, ICO, IFF, JPG, LBM, PCD, PDB, PIC, PNG, PSD, PSP, RLE, TGA, and TIF. You can also resize your images\; adjust various settings, such as brightness\; modify the number of colors\; apply a variety of filters, such as blur and emboss, as well as a number of special effects, such as vague\; create slideshows\; generate thumbnails\; and capture images from the screen.
