Your goal in the game Oil Tycoon! is to become a billionaire within 10 years or 120 game turns. He left you one plot of land in Lampassas County with one oil well, one refinery, one storage unit, 1 million gallons of crude, and $1 million. Now you need to survey other plots, buy land and drill wells, make decisions on selling crude or refining, and occasionally import or export oil.
