OLIGOMAP will take an input oligonucleotide sequence and generate a set of degenerate oligonucleotide sequences by reverse translation based on universal codon degeneracy. This set of sequences will then be scanned against a database of restriction enzyme sequences and the positions of positive hits will be written to an output file.
