OptiVec for Borland C/C++ (for DOS) enhances and optimizes the math functions of Borland C/C++. OptiVec replaces the numerical data processing loops with hand-optimized, assembler-written vector and matrix functions. This can speed program execution by a factor of two to three times, as well as improve the numerical accuracy. OptiVec contains the fully vectorized forms of all operators and functions of C/C++ for all integer and floating-point data types. It also includes: many other real and complex math functions\; building blocks for statistical data analysis\; derivatives, integrals, interpolation schemes\; FFT techniques\; curve fitting for linear and nonlinear model functions\; vector and matrix algebra, matrix decompositions, and eigenvalues\; and graphical representation of data in Cartesian coordinates.
