The built in artificial intelligence engine learns fast and work very well. The software can do folder scan, automatically checks incoming e-mail messages. It has a very easy to use graphical user interface that can be used through an Outlook Express toolbar.

The software has a built in API that allows you to put a custom button on the toolbar. This button can be used to POST e-mail messages to a CRM system or to any web based application for further processing. The POST is done using HTTP.
