Paint Shop Pro for Windows is a full-featured photo retouching, painting, image format conversion and screen capturing program. Paint Shop Pro offers a large number of: painting tools, image editing tools, special effects, selection tools, masking options, color enhancement tools, and image viewing options. You can capture screens or areas of the screen and browse thumbnail images. The program supports a large number of vector and bitmapped file formats. For converting image formats, you simply load an image and save it in a new format. A batch conversion tool is also available. Paint Shop Pro supports TWAIN compliant scanners and can use Adobe plug-ins.
