PanSoft Runner is a task scheduler and application launcher. This utility allows you to start and stop NT services, check POP3 mailboxes, close windows, emulate keyboard and mouse functions, display popup messages, play sounds, and more. Scheduling commands are entered into a text file, which you can create with your Notepad. In addition, it includes a built-in RAM usage indicator. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
