Paraben's Contact Manager is a simple personal contact manager. The program does not have the hundreds of complex and often unused functions of other costly contact managers, but its electronic address book eliminates the need for a Rolodex. In addition, it offers easy to use functions, such as a notes section with a time/date stamp for quick documenting. Printing the address book is also a simple process, and its four print sizes are compatible with many common day planners. When information changes, just print out a new page for your paper planner. Paraben's Contact Manager features import and export functions for easy data transfer, search options, and backup and restore functions to protect your database. You can copy contact information to the Clipboard, create your own categories for contacts, maintain multiple separate databases, and more. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. This program was formerly called Alliance.
