Passport eClient for Internet Explorer is an ActiveX web to host program. PASSPORT eClient can launch an unlimited number of host sessions and includes advanced TCP/IP communications features. These include: a SSL security option\; SLP load balancing\; auto reconnect\; and hot host back up and keep alive. It also has the look and feel of Internet Explorer. The program includes button bars and a tool bar to make extensive use of the mouse when executing routine 3270 functions. Passport eClient for Internet Explorer includes network management functions. The client code is stored and run from an IIS server, and requires no installation of the application on the desktop.
