PhotoStreamer is a free tool that lets you upload images from your PC or digital camera to the PhotoAccess Web site. There, you can order prints that are promised to be delivered in five to seven days. (The day we reviewed the software, 3x5 prints were priced at 35 cents each, plus a $1.50 shipping charge per order.) Plus, you can take advantage of free storage of your images on their site, if you're a customer. The program is extremely easy to use. It automatically detects your digital camera when you plug it into your computer. Photos are extracted, and a message is displayed that allows you to either upload, or upload and print your photos according to your preconfigured preferences.
