PortFlash is a network tool that scans through IP addresses and ports to find running services. This is useful to in determining both if authorized services are functioning, and also if there are unauthorized services running. If someone on the network has setup a rogue FTP or HTTP server, PortFlash can detect it. PortFlash is a useful tool for network administrators who need to monitor which services are running on their network.
