Property Simple is a simple and efficient property management application designed for the busy landlord. The program consists of two modules: Receivables and Payables. The Receivables module works independently of the Payables one, allowing you to use them separately. The Receivables module includes automatic data entry of calculated and repeated information, and keeps tenant records indefinately. You can, for example, retrieve tenant records and find out how much they paid on a specific month or several years ago, what day of the month the payment was made, and more. You can also generate various reports, such as rent tax amounts (GST in Canada). The Payables module includes easy recording of invoices, checks, bank deposits, mortgages, insurance amounts, and contracts. You can keep track of all supplier accounts, and produce a separate statement for each supplier. Property Simple lets you classify payables and bank deposits by property, bank account, and accounting code, and produce a cashflow statement by property, or bank account reconciled to the exact balance in the bank statement. In addition, you can analyze income and expense amounts by property and category, and generate a cashflow statement by month, year, and property.
