QuikDict Spelling Dictionary is a pop-up dictionary accessible from the System Tray. It is designed to quickly check the spelling of commonly misspelled words, no matter what program is active. It can constantly monitor your computer to provide on-the-fly spell checking. You can choose to "auto spell clipboard contents&quot\; (automatically spell check the first word of clipboard whenever clipboard contents change) and/or "monitor keyboard activity". It has a pop up Window that may be configured to appear every time a spell check is performed, only when a word is misspelled, or not at all. It also features alphabetic and "sounds like&quot\; (using metaphone algorithm) word matching, the ability to paste the spell checked word back into your document or to the clipboard, a 91,000+ English/American dictionary, an audible alert for misspelled words, a color coded response (the System Tray icon is green if word is correct, red if word is not found), and more.
